Authorization is hereby granted to Aulston Group, LLC, JOG Investments, LLC and/or its assignees / affiliates to obtain a standard factual credit report through a credit reporting agency chosen by Aulston Group, LLC, JOG Investments, LLC and/or its assignees / affiliates. My signature authorizes the release to the credit-reporting agency a copy of my credit application, and authorizes the credit-reporting agency to obtain information regarding my employment, savings accounts and outstanding credit accounts. Authorization is further granted to the reporting agency to use a reproduction of this authorization if necessary to obtain any information regarding the mentioned information. Applicant understands they are entitled to a copy of the credit report by contacting the credit agency directly. Any reproduction of this credit authorization and release made by reliable means is considered an original.

Gross monthly income accounts for anyone who will be named on the land contract. Proof of income is required to verify information.
